Yes, that child is sliding down a rock face on a bucket lid. Outside of piki pikis (motorcycles), I think that's the most dangerous thing I've seen in Tanzania.
Helmet, knee and elbow pads, wrist guards and you'd pretty much have a good time. On second thought, skeleton and luge are probably more dangerous than what those kids were doing.
